Stanyl Diablo is proven to provide long term heat resistance at up to 220°C degrees for 7,000 hours and above.

We've tested the material qualities of this tough new thermoplastic against polyamides and PPS using a range of criteria from tensile strength and modulus to weld strength. In each case Stanyl Diablo has provided astounding performance.

The result is that Stanyl Diablo is the ideal material for a new generation of energy efficient turbocharged engines that are smaller, lighter…and a lot hotter.
