Arnitel grades span a broad variety of applications where flexibility, durability, high and low temperature performance and/or mechanical strength are needed. This has been proven in solutions such as tubes and hoses in the automotive and other heavy-duty industry.
Arnitel has excellent high and low temperature performance: The material is used extensively in applications over a very wide range of temperatures while retaining its mechanical properties and resisting fatigue.
Arnitel is ideal for rubber replacement: Arnitel is more easy to process and more cost-efficient. Arnitel outperforms rubber in many cases due to its outstanding mechanical properties and ability to achieve optimal performance without extra processing associated with vulcanization.
The material is extremely resistant to chemicals and creep. Arnitel is well suited to automotive applications due to its resistance to chemicals and oils as well as its excellent creep resistance.
Extremely flexible processing: Arnitel can be injection molded, blow molded and extruded with a range of different grades available to suit individual manufacturers’ conversion processes.
